A big well done to everyone who attended the recent course. Myself and Sensei Peter May are always pleased to train with open minded people who are looking for that little bit extra in their training. Here are just a few pictures from the session with feed back from some of the people who took part.
Excellent course bringing “the street” into the Dojo, and covering realistic situations and practical solutions. Something for all grades, and a chance to experiment outside the usual training “comfort zone”.
I enjoyed the diversity of the course, but equally could have happily spent 30 minutes alone on the rolling drill applying locks. Bottom line – let’s have more.

The course was an inspiration having trained for many years it helped greatly on the practical side of things.
